About Soren
My interest in programming began when I first learned how software applications are created through logical instructions written in programming languages. I was fascinated by how structured code could build tools that help people perform tasks and solve real problems. This curiosity inspired me to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and later complete a Master’s in Computer Science.
During the past 8 years, I have taught programming to students who wanted to learn coding for academic study, professional development, and personal projects. Through my teaching experience, I realized that many beginners feel uncertain when they first encounter programming syntax and logical structures. Because of this, I focus on explaining concepts clearly and guiding students step by step through coding exercises.
My teaching style emphasizes patience, experimentation, and continuous learning. I encourage students to test ideas, analyze their code carefully, and understand why each program behaves in a certain way. Helping learners build confidence in programming and develop logical thinking skills is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my teaching experience.

My computer programming lessons are designed to help students understand how coding works and how logical instructions can be used to create useful programs. Programming is an important skill that develops structured thinking and problem-solving ability. In my lessons, I guide students through programming concepts step by step so they can clearly understand how computer programs operate and how different parts of code interact with each other.
Lessons usually begin with the fundamental principles of programming such as variables, data types, and simple program structures. Students learn how programming languages allow them to communicate with computers and how conditional statements control program decisions. These topics provide a strong foundation that allows learners to understand how simple commands combine to create functional software.
As students gain confidence, lessons expand into loops, functions, arrays, and object-oriented programming concepts. Students practice writing programs that solve practical problems and learn how to debug errors when programs do not work as expected. My goal is to help learners develop strong programming foundations so they can think logically, write efficient code, and approach technological challenges with confidence.
