About Kirtan
I didn't do too well in middle school, until my mother started teaching me. That eliminated the hurdles I faced and I went on to pursue Computer Science from Ahmedabad University and do impactful research in an interdisciplinary area. Hence, I have realized early on the role a good teacher plays in the overall success of individuals. Due to this, I also tutored underprivileged children in high school and afterwards have been tutoring online for 3 years.

I try to take a teaching approach that aims to help students visualize things and understand the concepts really well so that they can get a good grasp on the formal aspects of math, like formulas and equations. Usually, I try to explain the same thing from different perspectives so that it is easy to make mental connections with existing knowledge, resulting in better understanding and memory.
