I'm a Computer Science graduate who's taking a break from coding. Currently working towards my Australian work & travel visa, I'm looking for a part time gig in the meantime. I used to tutor calculus back in the day, so rest assured that I know a thing or two ;)

Not a fan of the spoonfeeding techniques used in the education system, I prefer my students taking a more proactive attitude in their own learning. What this looks like in practice: 1) I'll assign students with problems, 2) they attempt to solve it, 3a) they solve it and I grade their solutions; or 3b) they don't know how to solve it and come to me with their what they've tried/their struggles.
I'm a keen believer that studying should go beyond the classroom and want to impart this on all my students.
