About Elizabeth
I have recently graduated from University of Birmingham with a 2:1 in Computer Science. I have over 3 months experience working part time in a secondary school, where I taught lessons for a range of qualifications, including BTEC, Cambridge National and A-Level. In addition to teaching lessons to full classes of students, I gave extra help to students either 1-1 or in small groups. I have also worked for a year giving 1-1 maths tuition to GCSE students, helping them go from U grades to C or above.

I am able to provide tuition for age groups from KS2 to KS5, in Maths, Computing, ICT, and programming in Scratch, Python, and Java. I am able to give formal style sessions as you would see in schools, with a recap/theory/practice/review/homework structure. However, I am also able to give student-led sessions, for example working through a practice paper a student found difficult, or providing debugging support for a student's programming project.
Due to Covid-19, I am currently unable to provide face-to-face lessons, but I am able to give sessions over webcam using Skype, Google Hangouts, Zoom, or other software.
