About Yann
As a middle school student, I wasn't the brightest kid at school. I used to have many tutors coming at home and teaching me what to know. I have to say that their patience, and dedication to guide me helped me become who I am today. It also pushed me to enter the tutoring field, to be able to give back to other guys, who need a little push to achieve greatness. With prior experience in tutoring, I have a strong set of skills (communication, flexibility...) that will enable me to give you a great, and fun learning experience :)!

Lessons particularly made for high-schoolers, with a close link to the Ontario Curriculum. - The first lesson is usually just to get to know the student, and identify their weaknesses and strengths through simple communication and a small online level test. -I am an experienced tutor: I started tutoring young English learners from my local church in 9th grade up to 11th grade. During the pandemic, I volunteered as a TED Translator, and as a Math Tutor in my neighborhood. These opportunities allowed me to encounter multiple individuals who had different needs, and taught me how to make more student-centered plans to suit their needs. - I graduated as the Valedictorian of my High School class.

He helped me with a university calculus course and made sure I understood each and every step before moving on. He will never rush you, he will always go at your pace and make sure you are confident to solve the problem independently. He will cater to your needs and create lessons and find questions that are similar to the topics you struggle with.
