About Lawrence
I am a very ordinary person. I teach because I was a weak student once upon a time. The principal and my math teacher gave me a second chance when I failed and had to repeat. It was finally listening to their advice and doing what I was instructed for years that I did well, and made it to university. I’m only paying it forward. I try very hard to build a rapport with the kids, and to get their understanding and cooperation when I guide them. In doing so, things improve, and the little accomplishments enable them to work harder and get better outcomes for themselves.

Cover topics basics before attempting questions. Guide student to application of learned basics. Homework and corrections consolidate and strengthen student’s grasp of topics. Work on other holistic matters like motivation, procrastination and focus. Students do show improvements after 5-6 months of correction of habits and adjustment to learning attitudes.
