Concert Pianist and enthusiastic teachers gives piano lessons at his studio in North London

Krzysztof is a consummate musician who brings great skill, enthusiasm and flair to his teaching. His piano lessons don't just concentrate on technical aspects but also help me to capture and communicate the essence of a piece. Krzysztof has worked with me on a broad range of repertoire from Baroque to Modern and his insights are always fascinating and illuminating. With his expert tutelage, I was recently successful in achieving a distinction at ABRSM Grade 8.

In the last two years, Krzysztof has been an invaluable teacher. During lessons he finds clear, simple yet inspiring ways to help me find solutions to musical or technical challenges at the piano. He sets me up with the tools and knowledge that allow me to grow in musical confidence, and perform pieces like Chopin's first Ballade or Bach's Chaconne. Through his demonstrations at the piano, I often find new dimensions in a piece, and always leave lessons with more motivation to improve.

I've had Krzysztof as piano teacher for over a year now, after several years of not practicing, and feel very happy to recommend him. Unlike a number of teachers I had in the past, his approach to teaching goes beyond just the reading and playing of scores. He always finds clear ways of explaining the structure of a piece and the musical ideas behind them and has also been helping me significantly improve my technique (I'm currently preparing for a piano exam). On a personal level, Krzysztof is friendly, patient and careful, and lessons with Krzysztof are always very enjoyable. Definitely recommends !

After almost 10 years of not touching the piano and a history of so many unmotivated teachers I started playing again with Krzysztof as my tutor about 2 years ago. Since then piano became an inseparable part of my life. Due to his patience, care and more importantly his unique way of teaching music I was able to enjoy it again and get more confident. He is always looking for the ways that are more accustomed to the way you learn and not just based on text books. He is a very passionate teacher and you can learn so much from him.
