About Niecey
Level 2 gymnastics coach who specialises in strength, conditioning and Flexibility. Coaching for over 18 years, I started out as a junior coach and continued to grow in knowledge. Having experience as a chef I also understand nutrition and balance. I have trained children the age of 4 onwards which helped them to become exceptional gymnasts, dancers, acrobats and swimmers.
