About Jayne
I have been teaching ESL for 5 years, working with 150-200 high school and college students. My mission is to help students improve their English, gain confidence, and succeed in academics and communication.
I create interactive and practical lessons using real-life examples, exercises, and personalised guidance. I focus on making learning English enjoyable, meaningful, and effective for every student.
Some of my most rewarding experiences include students speaking fluently, writing confidently, and achieving academic milestones. These moments inspire me to continue teaching with passion.
I aim to provide a positive and motivating environment where students feel encouraged to learn, make mistakes, and grow. Teaching ESL is my passion, and I am dedicated to helping students succeed.

My teaching methodology combines practical learning, motivation, and adaptability. I use real-life examples and case studies to make English lessons meaningful and relatable, helping students apply language skills in everyday life, academics, and professional situations.
I emphasise motivation, inspiring students to stay engaged, set realistic goals, and celebrate progress. I also focus on problem-solving, guiding learners to think critically and overcome difficulties in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
Integrity is a key principle of my teaching. I provide honest feedback, foster a safe and respectful environment, and build trust with students. I also practise flexibility, tailoring lessons to each student’s pace, learning style, and interests.
Besides ESL, I teach related subjects such as communication skills, study strategies, and cultural awareness. My goal is to help students develop confidence, practical language skills, and effective communication abilities.
