With a lifelong passion for exploring diverse disciplines from opera singing to English teaching and prenatal yoga, my journey revolves around the profound connection of body, mind, and sound. My academic journey includes a Master's in Music, specializing in voice and the science of vocal education. I hold certifications in English Teaching and Yoga, with a dedicated focus on prenatal care. Fascinated by the body's capabilities, I'm driven to empower women as they navigate the transformative journey of creating life. Inspired by my sister, a labor and delivery nurse, I delved into Yoga's ancient wisdom, which beautifully prepares the body, mind, and soul for motherhood.
