About Asha
I am a full-time musician, specialising in saxophone and composition. I recently completed my undergrad at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and now split my time between performance, composition and teaching. I write and perform a variety of musical genres including Jazz, Classical, Pop, Arabic and Indian music.

Rather than sticking to a rigid method, I adapt my approach to cater to the individual student's musical needs. I believe holistic musical development and appreciation should work alongside instrumental/ technical development. I am an experienced educator, having run a private teaching practice since 2016, leading workshops in schools and comfortable with all ages. I am DBS checked.
