About Minenhle
My Name is Minenhle Ndimande, i am from Durban. I hold a National diploma in Consumer Sciences:Food and Nutrition. Currently i am working part time as a professional chef in a company called Gold Circle. This company have enabled me to work well with others and to be able to work underpressure.
I want to teach because i believe in passing of information, and experience. I want to bridge the gap between theory and practical to give my students an unforgettable experience. i think i will be a great candidate because i am passionate about food and about working with people. My academic expertise and workplace experience suit well for this kind of position.

I am young and energetic chef, i am passionate about food. I hold an 4 years Diploma in Consumer Sciences: Food and Nutrition. I have worked in 5 fast food restaurants as well as baffert setting. I have lots of experience and i am able to work well with people. When i was in University we held a soup kitchen and we use to educate homeless people about healthy eating.
