"Most people think that grammar drills are the only way to reach fluency. This is rarely the case for hobbyists, teens, or travelers who need to function in real-world scenarios. We spend our time on listening practice and role play that mimics actual Latin American environments.
My 5 years of experience allow me to pivot between Castilian and Latin American variants seamlessly. The lessons feel like a conversation between two people sharing a common interest in culture.
You will find that our time together centers on real communication rather than just rote memorization. I always save time for questions about the nuances of the language. My own history with music helps me teach the cadence of Spanish."

I am a native speaker with 13 years of gigging Latin music in Australia, which informs how I teach culture alongside grammar. I have taught 179 students who come to me for help with DELE exams or travel prep.
