About Pantawane
I have over 6 years of professional experience in the culinary industry, working across high-volume catering, premium hospitality, and professional kitchen environments. I am currently working as a First Cook with Food Dudes, one of Canada’s largest catering companies, where I handle large-scale operations while maintaining quality, consistency, and presentation.
Previously, I have worked with luxury hotels such as The St. Regis, gaining exposure to fine-dining standards, structured kitchen systems, and refined techniques. Throughout my career, I have developed strong hands-on experience in American and Italian cuisines, along with solid knowledge of Indian, French, and world cuisine fundamentals.
I have had the opportunity to work with and learn under highly skilled chefs, which has shaped my understanding of professional discipline, flavor development, and modern cooking techniques. These experiences allow me to bring real industry insight into my teaching, not just textbook knowledge.
As an instructor, I focus on strong fundamentals, theory-first learning, and practical execution, helping students understand how professional kitchens operate while building confidence and skill in everyday cooking.
