About Patrice
Spending 8 years in the industry taught me that textbooks often miss the realities of an analyst seat. I sometimes find that students struggle to bridge the gap between academic theory and the messy reality of financial markets, corporate finance, or bond and equity analysis. Since starting this work, I have taught 185 students who need to master the time value of money, risk and return, or DCF valuation concepts. Relying on my own transition from McGill Desautels, I focus on the reasoning that holds up when the pressure is on.
