About Isobel
Having lived in Brussels as a child, I have since moved back to the UK to study a Management degree whilst growing my yoga business on the side. I have worked in both global businesses in HR, consulting particularly on employee well-being matters and driving the well-being agenda.

The yoga classes are a combination of fluidity, internal body energy, the environment around us whilst bringing a sense of inner peace throughout.
My approach is to tailor the class to individual needs and this is from the very moment we meet. Classes can be from 45-90 minutes.
I have been teaching yoga for 7 years since attending my Yoga Teacher Training back in 2015. I have had the opportunity to teach in the UK, the US, France and Belgium.
