The classes will be more knowledgeable and will get to know about themselves in a better. To create a positive environment among themselves and with others. It will be fun, interactive and knowledgeable.
As a counseling psychologist as well as teacher, the people are not giving much importance to mental health. So I want to create awareness and help them to build positive mental health through case studies, activities, techniques etc.
This course is applicable to all.
