About Rachel
My name is Rachel and for the past few years, I have been a passionate advocate for mental health. Not just stopping at the discovery of the self, but also the healing part of it.
I am a full-time social worker offering counselling services to students and young adults. Though emotionally challenging, it is always so fulfilling and inspiring to see how people decide on hope and empowerment for themselves.
Apart from that, I enjoy good food and travelling! I am always up to try something new that excites and challenges me :)
