I've been practicing what people call "manifestation" for 10+ years... but I've only seen real results in the last 2.

►MY PHILOSOPHY
My services are all based on one simple thing: evidence.

We all have different opinions, guesses, and gut feelings — but if those worked, it wouldn’t be so hard for everyone to achieve what they want.

This is where a lot of coaches, blogs, and courses fall short. They have really good intentions, but they don’t have tools and knowledge that actually gets results. (That’s like wanting a plant to grow, but not knowing you have to water it!) Of course, good intentions are necessary in a coach. But they must be supported by the right knowledge and skill.

I’ve learned this from personal experience looking for help from mentors, teachers, and coaches, and I plan and improve my own coaching sessions with this in mind. I put a lot of time and effort into learning what really works — based on scientific research and real trained experts — in fact, I run a blog where I publish weekly articles based on science for improving relationships and personal development. I apply this knowledge to find the right strategies and tools to help you actually achieve and maintain your goals.


►MY COACHING IN 10 PRINCIPLES
I am passionate about my work and I always aim to have a positive impact on my clients. My sessions are based on the 10 principles below.

✧(1) - We will focus on YOUR objectives and needs - not what I or anyone else thinks you should do. I don’t waste time with exercises or topics that aren’t useful for you. You’ll move towards your goals with every session.

✧(2) - You will get extremely personalized guidance. The biggest benefit of one-on-one sessions (rather than taking a course) is the possibility for us to interact and focus all our energy on you.

✧(3) - My insights are based on science and evidence. I don't just repeat the same vague cliches that ChatGPT can tell you. I care enough about my clients' success to research what is proven to work — and I run a blog sharing advice for relationships and personal growth based exclusively on credible research findings. (Ask me about it when you reach out, and I'll be happy to share it!)

✧(4) - I measure my success by you getting RESULTS. My sessions are not made to just make you "feel good" — although of course I care about that! But I want you to actually see the things you want come true in your life. That's when I consider myself a good coach — and I care a LOT about being a good coach!

✧(5) - You will reach your goals with fulfilment and joy. I don't focus on getting things done "at all costs", with you ending up with many achievements but exhausted and stressed. We always take into consideration not only the WHAT but also the HOW.

✧(6) - You will make visible and steady progress. My sessions are not separate units on random principles, but they build on each other. Over time and with your hard work, you’ll see great improvement!

✧(7) - You will maintain your results through time. There's no point in achieving something just to end up back where you started. We will set up systems to maintain your results and make them a completely natural part of your life.

✧(8) - You will keep autonomy over the direction you want our sessions to go. I don't have a pre-made "curriculum" that I force onto every client. You will gain greater clarity over what you want once you start making progress, and we will keep doing check-ins to make sure you're happy with where you're going.

✧(9) - I make it as easy as possible for you to apply the tools and learnings from our time together — keeping an easy-to-use database with notes from our lessons, where we can both track your progress and see at a glance what we've achieved together so far.

✧(10) - We will have fun! :-) I believe making change takes effort, but should still be a fun experience. I do everything I can to make a positive atmosphere so you look forward to our sessions.

2- In each session, we will discuss your progress, recent struggles, and obstacles that we’ll help you overcome to move towards the goals you have. I’ll help you shift your mindset to beliefs that support the life you want, determine what actions will help you get there, and set up systems that will keep you on the right path. We’ll end each session with an actionable plan to do over the next week before we speak again, so you can make steady progress.

3- We’ll keep working together until you feel comfortable enough to move forward on your own, with the tools, shifts, and practices that we have learned together and that you have assimilated into your daily life with visible results.

Yes, it is free in the sense that I do not receive any payment for it.

However, the way this platform works is that you need to pay for a one-month “student pass” in order to contact teachers.
YOU CAN CANCEL THIS PASS AFTER YOU CONTACT ME, YOU DO NOT NEED TO KEEP PAYING FOR IT. (If you do not cancel, it automatically renews for another month). This money goes to Superprof, not any of the teachers on it — that’s how they keep this platform running in order to let you connect with the many fantastic teachers and coaches on this platform!
