About Sofia
My passion for guitar began with a deep love for rhythm and musical storytelling. I pursued this interest by completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance, where I developed strong technical and expressive skills. Over the past 10 years, I have helped students learn guitar in a structured and supportive way that focuses on both skill development and creative expression.
I believe that learning guitar should be both inspiring and practical. My teaching style focuses on patience, clarity, and steady progress. I create a comfortable environment where students feel confident exploring their abilities and improving at their own pace. I also adapt my lessons based on each learner’s level, interests, and personal goals.
I continue to explore different music styles and techniques to keep my teaching fresh and engaging. Teaching guitar is very rewarding because I see students grow in confidence and creativity. My goal is to help every learner build strong musical skills, improve understanding, and develop a lasting and confident connection with the guitar.

Learning guitar becomes enjoyable when students understand how simple techniques connect to real music. In my lessons, I begin with basic chords, strumming patterns, and finger exercises. I explain everything in simple English so learners can understand easily and follow without confusion. This helps students build confidence from the beginning. The learning environment is relaxed and supportive, allowing students to enjoy the process and develop skills step by step without pressure.
As students progress, I introduce structured topics such as chord progressions, scales, rhythm control, and melody playing. I guide learners through exercises and songs that improve coordination, timing, and accuracy. Practice is consistent and well-organized, helping students build strong habits over time. I also provide clear feedback to correct mistakes and support steady improvement in every session, ensuring that students understand both technique and musical expression together.
My goal is to help students feel confident and expressive while playing guitar. Over time, they develop stronger rhythm, better technique, and deeper musical understanding. This growth builds both skill and confidence. I support learners in building strong foundations, improving their playing ability, and developing a confident and enjoyable connection with the guitar that supports long-term musical growth and creative expression.
