About Sophia
Hi! I’m Sophia Bennett, and I believe piano learning should feel inspiring, expressive, and confidence-building for every student. Over the past 7 years, I have helped students strengthen musical creativity and technical confidence through supportive mentoring systems and personalized coaching methods. I studied at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where I developed advanced knowledge in music performance and educational instruction. My teaching style is expressive, encouraging, and highly interactive so students feel motivated while improving naturally and comfortably. I was honored with the Crystal Harmony Vision Medal and the Ivory Symphony Excellence Crown for helping students strengthen piano creativity and expressive performance skills through mentorship-focused learning systems. Outside teaching, I enjoy composing cinematic piano themes, exploring instrumental soundtracks, experimenting with layered keyboard textures, and mentoring students interested in long-term musical growth.
