About Esther
I am Esther, I am 22 years old and I enjoy working with and teaching children. I spent several weeks in Africa taking care of children and teaching English which enhanced my passion for working with children. I also help my local church run a weekly children’s club which involves story telling, singing and crafts.

I am very versatile and will adapt my teaching style to the students preferred learning methods.
For example I taught two autistic young boys maths and English who were visual learners. Therefore I used flash cards and images to help them understand the new information.
My session length can vary depending on the student. I believe in shorter lessons more frequently such as 30 minute sessions 3 times a week. But am able to lead 1 hour sessions.
I believe in interactive sessions to ensure the students interest and concentration levels peak. I enjoy using games and songs for learning as they can help the student remember information more effectively.
