Hi! I’m Leona.
I’m a native Mandarin speaker with a standard accent, certified with CTCSOL (Certificate for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages). Currently, I work as a Chinese teacher at a middle school in Thailand, where I teach students from Grade 7 to Grade 12. This has given me rich experience in teaching different ages and levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
Before becoming a full-time teacher, I worked in Shanghai as a career consultant, helping both young professionals and senior executives with career development. This background allows me to design highly practical and professional Business Chinese lessons tailored to workplace communication.
I’m also a passionate traveler, having explored 11 countries across Asia, Europe, and Africa. I love to bring cultural stories and real-life experiences into my classes, so you don’t just learn the language, but also gain insights into Chinese culture and cross-cultural communication.
