My journey began as a childhood hobby and has grown into a lifelong passion, constantly refined through online courses, recipe experimentation, and self-directed learning. I take pride in mastering techniques from perfecting classic recipes to innovating new creations, always focusing on presentation, flavour balance, and adapting to dietary needs. Whether baking for family gatherings, friends, or community events, I approach each dish with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
