I am a Chef with over 20 years experience in restaurants and hotels.
I am a qualified Culinary Trainer with extensive teaching experience in TAFE and private RTOs.
I hold a Masters Degree in Adult Vocational Education.

•Demonstrate practical skills (e.g., cooking various dishes safely and efficiently).
•Answer technical questions.
•Show you follow occupational/workplace health and safety (OHS/WHS) procedures.
•Provide evidence of your work (e.g. timesheets, payslips, work samples, photos, or references).
