About Aishwariya
I am educating as a private tutor since I was in my 9th std. I never felt the need of a tutor for myself but I do believe, students need right guidance, right mentorship and I do have good mentorship and leadership skills which enable me to show the right path from my students.

I believe that methodology differs from student to student. First I try to understand my respective student and then work with them according to their abilities of grabbing and catching up information. For example: some might be able to understand things by student-centred approach or teacher-centred approach or some need private or personal attention or may be group interaction or game-based learning or interviewing or interactive or making posters . My methodology depends on students consciousness.
