About Ben
As mentioned, I'm an Oxford University Biochemistry student from Gloucestershire. I've spent years obtaining top grades whilst balancing my studies with football, and active social life and other extracurricular activities. I believe in working hard to achieve a goal and I enjoy interacting with like-minded, aspirational students. I strongly feel as though every student should have the opportunity to study at prestigious universities. I also feel as though it is important to have a strong foundation and build good educational habits at the GCSE and A level standard. Thus tutoring gives me an opportunity to help students achieve their goals and develop sustainable learning habits to carry with them in their careers. In addition, my degrees enables me to stretch all students and provide a background understanding otherwise unavailable in schools.

I've excelled at every level of education, receiving 10 9s at GCSE, 4 A*s at A level and a predicted 1st in my finals. This level of consistency and achievement is the blueprint I use with aspiring Oxbridge students to ensure they reach their goals. I have mentored various students in my sixth form through the interview process and discussed the techniques I used to maintain a spotless academic record. My tutoring approach is personal, since each student requires a unique mentoring strategy to extract their full potential. Each lesson will be 1-2 hours, with plenty of time for any questions and I make sure lessons are flexible. My lessons are targeted to GCSE, A level and prospective Oxbridge students.
