As a current college student, I can relate to students who are encountering similar struggles that I have experienced in mastering STEM subjects. Sharing this common ground helps me relate to my students, solidifying the concepts I am tutoring. My approach focuses heavily on providing students with a systematic approach to complex problems. This has the goal of instilling problem solving as well as mastery of concepts. I also emphasize practice problems while studying/reinforcing concepts. A benefit of being a current college student is that I am up to date on new material/methods, and I can relate to the trials and tribulations of being a student!
