I am a current calculus student at HCC, I have already taken and passed all classes that I have listed to teach, and already have unofficial teaching and tutoring expirience in those subjects. I do strive to maintain a professional, yet freindly relationship with my students, making sure they feel comfortable to ask questions and for additional help.

When I teach math I don't just want to teach my students just one way to solve a problem, but give them multiple different tools to work with, helping them more easily and effeciently solve problems. I like to teach subjects step by step, forming a clear, concise set of instructions that the student can easily write down, remember, and follow. The bulk of my tutoring will be set up session by session, focusing on any specific subjects or algorithims that confuse the student and that needs specific attention given to the them to acheive proficiency in that subject. What sets my tutoring apart is that I understand that when a student has trouble understanding a subject, it must be explained from multiple different perspectives, trying to drill the same thing the same way into a student that isn't understanding it is time wasting and frustrating for them. My lessons are focused on most math subjects including algebra, arithmetic, geometry, statistics, and trigonometry, iin the class levels including pre algebra, algebra 1, high school geometry, and algebra 2.
