About Rebecca
I love to remind all of my students that people don't start out amazing at a subject, but it is instead something they learn and need to practice with. I was not always good at math. I was accidentally placed into an honors level math class in middle school, and had to work extra hard to succeed. I practiced more and more which made me succeed throughout my high school years. I learned how much I love helping other students to succeed when I started tutoring part-time as a college student. Currently I am on track to become a teacher after I graduate college this upcoming fall.

The lesson plans that I create are specific to what I think each student needs. Some people may just need homework help where we go over the notes and how to solve the homework assignments. Some need help reviewing for tests where we go over the study guides and I will give notes to review at the end of each session. Some people need additional practice where I use what they are currently struggling with, and give them more practice work to improve.
