About Lara
Hello, I am Lara! I currently study Electrical Engineering at the University of Nottingham, as my interests in maths and physics have followed me to university from secondary school. As a current student, I understand the struggles of not fully grasping concepts from teachers and professors; thus, I find it important to share the knowledge I have acquired simplifying concepts (as an engineering student it is something I do on a daily basis). I love learning, for the sole purpose of being able to share my understandings with everyone; I simply want to show you what helped me.

As I am a current student, I like to cater to my student's needs first and understand their strengths, weaknesses and their best method of learning. I can understand how things may get complicated when explained by professors or teachers, and as an engineering student I always find ways to simplify things, and I hope I can share that knowledge with you. I have led my school's first tutoring club, and have tutored my peers for years, as an IB Diploma student in Higher Level Maths and Physics. I am flexible with lesson lengths, levels and ages from kindergarten to secondary school.
