About Ben
Hi future students, I’m Ben, an English student at Oxford, and I’ve been tutoring for three years. Now, I mostly help GCSE and A-Level students. I really enjoy teaching because I love seeing students gain confidence and make progress in their learning. I aim to make challenging topics more understandable while also focusing on the skills you need to succeed. My goal is to create a relaxed, supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions and developing your own ideas.

I focus primarily on strengthening two key areas. Firstly, I help students understand and engage with the mark scheme of their specific exam board, maximising their grade and using their time more efficiently. Secondly, I help develop key transferable skills, such as analysis and rhetoric, which make a more confident and adaptable student.
