About Michael
I am currently posted as an English Teacher at an independent school here in NYC. I graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in English before attending Teachers College, Columbia University to study English and TESOL. I have a passion for learning and for working with all students. Outside of teaching I also coach soccer and softball so I am familiar with many different learning styles and recognize students as individuals outside of the school setting. I look forward to helping all students become confident and successful individuals prepared for the world ahead of them.

Tutoring with me is a blend of different elements of English that one might not receive in a traditional classroom.
