About Ethan
I'm currently an A-Level student studying Maths, Geography and Computer Science, and I know the benefits of being tutored first-hand. From Year 4 up until Year 10 I was tutored as well. From Year 4 - Year 6 it was for the 11+ exams, and from then on it was for GCSEs. I can say without a shadow of a doubt that tutoring is one of the most helpful services available to you. Even if you don't choose me as your tutor, I want you to know that if you doubt the effectiveness tutoring can have, or whether tutoring is for you, you should at least give it a try, because the impact it can have is honestly astonishing. I never thought that sectioning of just an hour of my day to tutoring would get me to this point, and without it I definitely wouldn't be where I am or even who I am today.
I have been tutoring for almost 3 years now and I can guarantee that I will have some sort of positive impact on your studies, whether it be minor or major. And that's really all I can guarantee. I look forward to working with you.

My lessons are all about making sure the student does not feel inadequate and that whilst a problem may seem unachievable or unsurmountable, with enough drive it can be overcome. Without the necessary encouragement, there is no reason for the student to take the problem seriously, which is why I choose to take this approach.
I have been tutoring children in preparation for their Eleven Plus (9-11) exams for more than two years in both Maths and Verbal Reasoning, so I am more than familiar with the curriculum.
I have also tutored children at the secondary and GCSE level (11-16) for over a year and children at the primary level (5-11) for 6 months.
Lessons are usually 1 or 2 hours long - clients can choose which they prefer. I look forward to working with your child.
