About Emma
Hi! My name's Emma. I'm currently undertaking a degree in Biochemistry at Sheffield University and if you are currently preparing to sit high school exams/GCSEs/A Levels, I've been in your shoes not too long ago! I am passionate about my field of study with a particular interest in Neuroscience. However, I'm a theatre performer, artist and plant mom outside of my academic life! I'm friendly, approachable and patient so I promise you have nothing to fear working with me, I hope to be able to help you achieve your goals! :)

I know my way around mark schemes at GCSE and A-Levels having sat these qualifications myself. My hands-on lab experience can help you visualise and get your head around tricky practical questions that require application of knowledge. I'm very passionate and confident in my ability to teach every aspect of these qualifications with a focus on applying knowledge and truly understanding it instead of just rote learning, especially biochemistry as I currently undertake it as a study and spend a lot of time with it!
