About Kalyn
I have worked with children for about 8 years now in a childcare and educational setting. I am currently working as a Special Education Paraprofessional studying for my Elementary and Special Education degree and a dual teaching license. I have experience working with children from many different backgrounds. My passion is teaching and I am very excited to see where this journey takes me!

I am an overall optimistic and positive person who will work to find the best learning styles for each student. I always start by gauging where a student is at currently and building up the skills from there; meet the child where they are and grow. I have a deep love for mathematics and sciences and I believe a passion for what you teach is as important as the knowledge you possess.
