About Dennis
My name is Dennis and my main purpose for starting this is my passion for Mathematics. While oftentimes, Maths may seem challenging and even impossible, having a solid understanding taught by someone who’s been through your hardships just a few years ago will benefit you greatly. I have taken countless courses in tutoring and Maths, for the sole purpose of sharing my fondness for this subject to you. My main goal is to inspire you to achieve the best and to not dread our sessions or your school lessons as I used to. I hated the feeling of being forced to go to my tutor every Tuesday, but alas I persevered and I’m glad I did as now Mathematics has become a core part of my life. I would be glad for you to sign up to my lessons so I can get as much experience as I can. I will try my best to ensure you do not dread our sessions though!

I hope to build a decent relationship with the student, aiming to create an environment where they are asking questions and are engaged with the subject as I am. My timetable is flexible so lessons can span from 1+ hours as often a week as you desire. The lessons would take place online in a Microsoft Teams meeting so anyone from anywhere can take part. What an exemplar lesson would contain is students bringing up topics that may be of challenge for them. I can then screen share an assortment of exam style questions I have compiled and explore each question and the best approach to them. This tutoring is suitable for anyone year 6-11 who may not be achieving their full potential in Mathematics.
