About Rebecca

I worked a job at my university's career services office for a year where I was professionally trained in interviewing skills, resume writing, cover letting writing, and other job preparation techniques! I had worked with over 300 students throughout the academic year, plus more over the summer! Many students would provide feedback that they had scored an interview with the job they were working towards, got hired for their internship, or passed their mock interview with flying colors! Since my experience in this job position, I have also had great success myself in my resume writing and interviewing skills!

I typically give lessons to high school juniors and higher. For resume writing and cover letter skills, I can hold group presentations explaining the necessities in writing these documents, as well as hold one-on-one meetings to go through the student's document and critique and grow on what they already have! I enjoy letting the students take the lead and stepping in to help them when they may begin to stray in the wrong direction. I am fun, upbeat, and love to make the document writing as enjoyable and informative as possible!
