About Lily
As a current university student, I have only recently experienced the stress of GCSE and A-Level examinations. My aim when tutoring is to complement school teaching in a way that enables my students to reach an increased depth of understanding, without the issue of the teacher needing to accommodate another 20 students.

My lessons take a problem-based approach, I urge students to attend my lessons with a clear idea of the gaps in their knowledge. These issues will be addressed through an explanatory discussion, where the student should feel comfortable to ask questions. This will be followed by a quiz to identify areas that need more work. Finally, exam-style questions will be tackled together, acting as a summarisation activity.
