About Henry
My name is Henry, I have started tutoring because I want to help others achieve higher grades and become better at the subject I myself am passionate about. I believe maths/numbers in general is something everyone needs throughout their life, whether it be now or in 20 years time. I am only 19, so I am quite close to GCSE students in age, which I think will help with communication and building a strong relationship with future students.
I have had issues myself with learning throughout my GCSE's, I have dyslexia and struggled throughout my exams and I want to start tutoring to help students see/achieve their potential and feel more confident in their maths ability.

My lessons would start from 30 minutes and range from then to an hour and a half. The structure of my lessons would consist of a module a lesson, depending on how long the lesson may vary, then at the end of the topic will consist of a mini test (this would be sent through email then sent back to me once completed so I have time to mark it). The next lesson would be longer than usual so I am able to go through it with the student.
My lessons are targeted to GCSE students (Year 9-11) who are struggling with maths or are wanting to improve their maths/achieve a higher grade.
With regards to my experience I have a range from tutoring younger years to my own year whilst I was in High School during my lunch breaks and after school for longer sessions. I have achieved GCSE's in Maths, Further Maths and Statistics. As well as A levels in Maths and Accounting.
