About Shivam
I am a 4th year medical student, and during this time I have dealt with patients who are struggling to live, and during this time I was there to give them reassurance and communicate clearly what was happening. I have also taught previous students who went from failing to getting A’s in their courses. They were also able to use the study skills I helped develop in their other classes.

I have previously tutored students in Mathematics, helping them go from failing grades to excelling in courses. I take a look at how the student learns best and adjust my lessons towards that. I help teach students to learn in ways that come naturally to the student. I also assign some homework assignments to help them get a better understanding of the concepts we go over. I also try to figure out the root cause of why they are struggling. For example if they are struggling with Algebra, but the root cause of their issue is division I’ll strengthen that aspect.
