As a runner, I love what I do and I want others to find the joy in it like I did when I first started. I want to see the runners develop and become strong athletes; it is my goal for my program.

With my training I strongly believe in my future students that they will rise to their potential to become amazing runners and leading with courage, purpose, and strength once they join me. I will make sure I give my attention to the runners and work on key aspects that they need to work on.
