As I am still a student, I know what students like and don't like when studying subjects like math. Learning hard theorem or properties are often a tough thing to do so I find ways to ease my student into understanding these concepts.

I like to begin my lessons by making sure that my student understands fully the subject we are studying. If this isn't the case I explain everything my student needs to know in order to succeed. Then we do exercises so I can see that my student understand the subject in practice. If this is the case we can then move on to things my student can do to go further.
