About Owen
My name is Owen Gregson, I am a second year student attending Runshaw College, with aspirations to attend the University of Nottingham to continue my Mathematics studies. I am also an aspiring Volleyball player, aiming to go to UoN to further my athleticism. I also play a card game called Yu-Gi-Oh which was extremely popular in the late 90s, but has been evolving, and I even got as far as going to a European competition in Berlin which was an amazing experience, even if I didn't win. My main goal is to assist you in any way possible when it comes to maths, I want you to be able to see maths the way I do, which is extremely fun.

I will fit my teaching style to however the pupil most wishes to be taught. If one approach I take doesn't quite work out then I will adjust and see if there are any other ways to present the topic. I would like my lessons to be an hour long, however if the pupil would prefer to have longer lessons then I am certain that'll be something that can be organised. I have previously worked with a few GCSE students who I have only heard good things from, as well as peer tutoring an A level student during my time at Runshaw. I am more than happy to work with any student from KS3 to GCSE to A level Mathematics, as long as they are committed to their learning, and I will do my best to ensure that my lessons are as engaging as possible to make the pupils want to learn, rather than just seeing it as a chore.
