About SIMON
Growing up I was always helping friends with their math homework. My parents are both math professors so I both got an understanding of math and how to teach from a young age. When I got to high school this led to some private lessons I taught. Currently I am studying at UCLA and am entering my senior year as a computational mathematics major. I have also spent some time abroad so I have a good understanding of various ways to teach.

I focus my lessons around slowly building your understanding through smaller sub problems to make you understand why you are doing what you are doing and not just how you are doing it. I am very adaptable to your schedule and willing to explore less conventional ways of learning with you.
