About Cloe
I'm inspired to help those in education as I understand the pressure and stress exams cause a student, especially when they're not confident within that subject. A boost in confidence within a subject can massively change around a student's grades. At GCSEs I was awarded the grades of 7,7 (A,A) in sciences and an 8 (A-A*) in history while undergoing severe issues at the time. I truly believe no matter the situation of the student, they're all capable of reaching these higher grades.

My lessons are aimed at GCSE level or lower. All lessons are tailored to the student's needs as well as the teaching style. My teaching methods are always based on how the student best learns, for example, explaining using diagrams. Exam questions are always used during lessons when the student is confident on the topic. Exam questions are the best way to solidify a student's knowledge as well as give an insight into the wants of an examiner. Typically a lesson will be an hour long: 30 minutes talking through a concept and the remaining 30 minutes doing exam questions and talking through mistakes. However, the length of a lesson and the layout is flexible.
