About Jonathan
I am looking into teaching and I think that this is a very good entry point into teaching. I have already gained experience in a school tutoring year 7-10s in my summer time after my first year of university and have gained a lot of invaluable knowledge toward teaching science and maths. I am inspired to pass on knowledge I’ve gained in my schooling to those who I tutor. I have a great passion toward teaching, and you will see this during our lessons. I have grades 9 and 8 at GCSE and have completed A level maths, physics and biology. I have an AS grade A in chemistry, silver at the BPhO and ability to teach AS Further Maths.

From teaching my friends during my A Level and GCSE years, I am able to design lesson based on you ability in academia. I will provide explanations, exam questions and topic questions, as well as topics tests to show how your understanding has improved. Lessons will be around an hour, but the times can be changed depending on the student wishes.
I use an IPad for my work, which allows me to work through questions efficiently and allows the student to easily understand the answer and how to get to it. I hold the lesson on zoom, which gives the student the ability to write on the page, as well as highlight the places where they do not understand.
The lessons can focus on the weak points of your understandings, topics the you are currently studying in class that you wish to reinforce and lessons that are beyond the current teachings.
