About Conor
I had always struggled in school until I realised that enthusiasm from teachers can make a huge difference which is what drive me to improve in my final year as well as my interest in working with my chosen subjects. Because I now realise the importance of these attributes in a teacher I believe I bring energy and understanding into the classroom. My studyingof mechanical engineering has greatly improved my ability to fully explain the reasons why we do certain operations in both maths and physics.

I believe the most beneficial way of teaching is allowing my students to first talk me through their thought process so that they take steps themselves to use their own logic before I explain anything. I tend to use textbooks and notes along with a lot of practise on actual exam questions which has proved extremely useful for my students in the past as the best way to learn is to do questions for practise and if needed take learnings from previous mistakes
