I always put the student at the center of my lessons. I understand each student is unique with respect to thier learning style and understanding of content. Hence I am able to try and adapt my teaching style to ensure that each student gets the most out of each session. I understand the benefits of a positive and supportive environment for learning and try my best to maintain this by allowing students to learn from thier mistakes
