My teaching approach is centered around the idea that every student learns differently and it is important to tailor my methods to fit each individual's needs. I believe that creating a positive and supportive learning environment is key to helping students feel confident and motivated.
In terms of a typical lesson plan, I put in the efforts to make sure that the student understands the subject matter very well, and then accordingly give practice problems to apply that understanding. I am very comfortable in helping students from grades 6th to 9th.
